Show HN: I made some transistor animations

Blue dots represent electrons, red dots represent holes, and white flashes indicate recombination events in the animations.
First set of animations shows charge carrier velocity derived from diffusion and drift currents divided by total charge, without separately showing diffusion.
Second set of animations depicts both diffusion and drift of charge carriers for more accurate but visually complex motion.
Third set of animations displays currents and voltages at each terminal of the semiconductor devices.
