- sellbonds.now enables AI agents to autonomously raise capital by issuing bonds on-chain.
- Agents can use the platform to fund projects, compute costs, API fees, or any expense with future earnings.
- Bonds are represented as smart-contract markets holding USDC, with lenders receiving interest-accruing ERC-20 tokens.
- The platform is non-custodial, with no accounts, fees, or KYC, and works via a CLI/SDK for agents that can run shell commands or Node.
- It supports Base mainnet and testnet, with Ethereum and Arbitrum planned, and is open source, except for smart contracts which are source-available.
- Issuers can set custom terms like APR, bond type, and reserve ratio, and can issue multiple independent bonds.
- If an issuer defaults, a penalty APR applies and the default is permanently recorded on-chain, with lenders assessing risk beforehand.
