- Mitigation applied at 14:36 UTC reduced error rates, but sign-in, new chats, voice conversations, purchases, and file uploads remained affected.
- A second issue prevented sign-in (SSO and Apple ID), new chats, and other features at 15:00 UTC; users were advised not to sign out.
- Most services recovered by 14:59 UTC, though messages sent between 14:00 and 14:59 UTC may not have been saved.
- All services returned to normal operation by 15:30 UTC, with continued monitoring.
